CX 430 Enough for GTX 1060?

Hello everyone, so I'm planning on upgrading my PC and getting a new GPU (Asus GTX 1060 Turbo) and PSU, and i'm on a really tight budget, also the tech stores in my country don't offer much variety for the price, so i'm stuck with choosing between a few low end PSUs.
So it's either a Corsair CX430 or a VS550.
But my question is, will it be enough to get me a stable gaming experience when the card is on full load? and will there be any sudden shutdowns? also can you please check the requirements in the voltage departement for the gpu, and how much is minimum for the 12V+ Rail.

They can both run a 1060 , but the quality of those 2 power supplies isn't the greatest.

A GeForce GTX 1060 needs 20 amps on the 12v+ rail and a 400 watt power supply usually with 1 - 6 pin PCIE power connection.

Those two power supplies are not reliable.

Look for XFX TS 430w or seasonic s12ii series. Should be in your budget.

The CX430 should be fine running the card.
