CX430 for GTX 1070?

My question is can a 2 months old CX430 PSU handle that GTX 1070 gpu safely?

My system is:

• 
  i7 4790
  Evo 850 SSD
  2x DDR4
  Without any DVD

No way i would spend big dollars on a pc to run it with such a horrible cheap psu like that

It's a low quality PSU with a low wattage, last thing you want to do is stress a low end PSU, if it fails it could kill other components. I know you recently bought it but sell it and get something tier 1 or 2 http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

It will run. But try to change the psu later on if you can.

Personally would not risk it. Will it work? Maybe, but if it blows the costs could be high.

Check that video if you're unsure. Your psu are not the best but it will last 2 to 3 years at least. And the 1070 is efficient as hell though so yeah is pretty much a go to me

GTX1070 needs only a single 6 pin pcie power connector.
The CX430 has one, so you should be ok.
It is not the best quality psu, but Corsair rma process works well if you should have a problem.
