GTX1070 needs only a single 6 pin pcie power connector.
The CX430 has one, so you should be ok.
It is not the best quality psu, but Corsair rma process works well if you should have a problem.

Check that video if you're unsure. Your psu are not the best but it will last 2 to 3 years at least. And the 1070 is efficient as hell though so yeah is pretty much a go to me
