Yes, your system should run okay for ordinary tasks, but if you stress test it all bets are off. Running GPU compute heavy tests such as Furmark are likely to cause your GPU to draw enough to put the +12 volt rail over what is safe for that power supply. It's a tier 4 unit, which means it's of very questionable quality, and doesn't have any extra capacity to handle the peak current on the +12 volt from both the particular CPU and GPU you have installed. Expect random issues such as shut downs, driver TDR errors, etc. As it was said previously, at the first sign of system instability, your PSU is the first suspect. I would recommend an upgrade to a better PSU to be your next investment for that machine.
