CX500M PSU compatible with M9500y?

Please help.

This is the power supply that came with my PC:

I want to buy a CX500M PSU because I'm going to buy an EVGA 650Ti GPU.
I checked the dimensions on my old PSU and it looks like the CX500M is a bit bigger... IDK if it will fit?

( it says the case is a midsized ATX)

It will probably fit as ATX is a standard. Just check the length and see how close your current psu comes to your optical drives. That's where the problems most often occur.

The current PSU is another generic one. It's not the original since that one died.
