Which of these power supplies is the best choice? (thinking about future GPU upgrade)

Corsair CX550 or EVGA 600 BR 100-BR-0600-K1?

Current specifications:

Ryzen 7 2700
2x8GB HyperX Fury
ASRock B450M Steel Legend
1x Kingston A400 240GB
1x Western Digital 1TB 7200RPM
RX 570 8GB Gigabyte

Solution
Seconded. EVGA's high-end is excellent, but their budget offerings are rather mediocre. Corsair has made great strides in improving the two main lines at the bottom of their portfolio, the CX and the VS, in recent years. The CX is not an amazing PSU -- if it was, it would cost more -- but it's a good budget choice.

Just to clarify ... I must forget about EVGA and get the CX550, right?
