please refer to https://pcpartpicker.com/list/9jkhWX for the parts list. is there anything that comes to mind when looking at this build. I am going to custom water cool for the best OC. I hope i can achieve a 4.2 Ghz OC with a monoblock on the cpu and vrm then a custom GPU block form Phanteks and two 240 mm Rads with a D5 Revo pump from EKWB and i look to expand later buy adding 2 ssd's and 2 7200rpm wd black drives along with a Bluray player and the vr link panel for the graphics cards internal HDMI port. I also want to set up 3 dell 2k G sync monitors. What do you guys think !?! Im so excited to start building but if there is anything i can do to push cost down possibly then i might do it.

THANKS!!!

Give up on the idea of 4.2ghz. Save your money, most of those chips top out around 4ghz, and that's if you happen to get the proverbial golden chip.

Skip getting the water cooling, and drop to the R5 1600 instead of the 1600x. It will be a bit cheaper and should overclock to 3.7-3.8ghz on the stock air cooler. Other than clock speed it's basically the same as the 1600x.

Not sure how the setup would do with 2 2k monitors. The 1080ti should handle 4k I would think with that setup so I'd think it could do what you are asking.

You could maybe look at a cheaper x370 board as well. If you really wanted to save money and don't plan to run sli or crossfire you could look at a good b350 board to save more cash. But the 370 boards may let you get a little better overclock.

One of the things I forgot to mention was that the ram on pc part picker is incorrect I was going to go with a 3466mz ram kit 16 gb witch is why I wanted the motherboard and with the am4 upgrade path leading into 2020 I was thinking about possibly doing sli later to compete with later graphics cards
