Question Cyberlink App Manager- Cannot download any software , Stuck 0%

Hello. The title is self-explanatory. This is on a new computer and is very concerning to me. I think this may be something with my cyber Link account itself. I have contacted support almost a week ago and no one has responded. I just opened another ticket I am not hopeful. Does anyone have any idea or insight on this? I paid over $100 for the software and a lifetime license.. if I try to do a direct download to their website, it gives me the main on the second page linking me to their 365 subscription. I’ve tried everything and put multiple hours into this. Hope someone can give me some insights. Thank you.

thanks for the reply. Bought directly from Cyberlink still have original emails confirmations etc.. can’t download any software within the cyberllunk app manager but everything else working fine w pc.

I only have windows basic securities on that come with the computer I don’t have any enhanced firewalls or antiviruses

how is Powerdirector 365 & App Manager tied together? Do you use the app manager to download new parts? Are you missing the actual programs or just content?
