Cyberpowerpc display quits after opening windows

So I got my pc yesterday. booted it up to Windows that they pre-installed , and it works until I get to my home screen. Black screen. Everytime. I have reinstalled Windows, re seated the ram and graphics card. Im thinking either the graphics card is toast or the motherboard is. Thoughts?

Something is wrong with the GPU I would call CyberpowerPC they should repair it for you.
