CyberPowerPc Liquid Cooling Question

I'm currently thinking about getting a system from CyberPower and I'm wondering if the system comes with liquid already installed in the system or will I have to add my own.

In short, don't get a cyberpower system. Build your own, and get a better system.

If its an all in one cooler, it will be prefilled.
But as above, don't get a Cyberpower system. You can do much, much better.

Liquid included? Yes.

Low build quality included? Yes.

Thanks to advancements in technology as well as much more friendly standards that have been put in place over the past ten years or so, building a PC is now about as hard as assembling Legos.
