Hi, I plan on buying a new PC this month. I made my decision on what parts I should buy, but I see a lot of people saying not to go with CyberpowerPC and I would like to know why? I have the money to buy it but just don't have the time to build my own, and I would like to also know if it's a good idea to buy a water cooled system from them. If anybody has a water cooled system from them and has had any issues please tell me. Do they a good job on the tubes? Is there any water leaks from them not doing a good job? I just want like to know if they get the job done and professionally and if the warranty is good if anything were to occur. Thank you for your time.

They are SUPER unreliable. There are plenty of stories of people getting PC's form them with cut wires, incorrectly installed parts, damaged parts, parks inside the case but still in their original box not even installed. It's nuts.

On a second note I would not buy a watercooling loop from ANYONE. I would only trust myself to build it properly. If it leaks it will fry everything. If it malfunctions, your parts could overheat and be damaged. I would highly doubt that a Cyberpower custom water loop would be nay good at all to be honest.

I might be wrong, but I think custom Cyberpower water-cooling are rebranded XSPC X20 kits. Their good components, if lacking in upgrade path due to the pump.
As for Cyberpower themselves, dont really know. Though IMO, if your buying a PC from someone else, dont get involved with custom water. It adds another layer of complexity to something you presumably dont know anything about, and it will shackle you to Cyberpower support as your local tech shop isnt going to touch a system with custom water.
