Little clarification..

Are you wanting to setup multiple Clients (computers) that run off of one CPU?

Or is one of the Clients your trying to setup running dual monitors?


If your just trying a basic setup then here is what you need.

Cyber Cafe Software (there are diff types, or let us know if you already have one)
1 Powerful PC
1 mouse/keyboard/monitor for each Client you plan to setup

Now the Ratio is another thing..

Example computer. Quad Core, 4 gigs ram, gtx 460 nvidia card SLI (2x cards)

This same computer could run

8 Clients surfing the web

or

2 clients playing world of warcraft.

So how many CPU's you need is based off of 2 things,
1. How many clients you want?
2. What are they allowed to do? (surf web, email, flash games, ect..)


Also, as a side note you need to make it so when they login they have to accept a disclaimer that they will not do anything unlawful with the computer. Some software comes with this already.
