Question Cyberpunk 2077 Significant framedrops in the city

I need to know if theres anything i can do with this game to make it run better deep in the city,
Im on a 9700k and a 3080ti and yet it drops below 60fps in the city sometimes, its 100 in the outskirts of the city,
i also have 32gb of 2900mhz ram, my ram doesnt clock higher on this motherboard apparently.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as driving around the city is somewhat unpleasant.

make sure Path Tracing graphics options are turned off,
lower crowd density,
use DLSS in a high performance mode,
lower any AA options.

get a better motherboard and/or compatible RAM.
overclock the CPU to >5GHz.
