Interestingly I raised this issue at my workplace several times (we have about 1300 public service staff) and requested that Facebook be blocked because a number of my clerical staff spend way too much time on it.
Facebook had reached third at that time in terms of external server load ...
I raised it three times ...
That was a year ago.
I do not log in to Toms during work hours ...
Nothing has been done at work btw.
