So on Monday I go the new m1 MacBook Pro 16gb 512ssd and Ive been thinking my battery has been draining fast but after some testing it seems to lat 12-13 hours which is fine by me but I realized that when trying to figure out how long my battery will last my cycle count went from two to three without me plugging it in should I be concerned?

Solution
The cycle count is reported by the battery's built-in circuit so you can do nothing about it.

Just use your laptop normally, if you really care about battery lifespan, you should follow the "20/80" rule (always charge the battery at 20% and unplug it at 80%). This way your battery will stay healthy for longer.
