I am trying to recover my windows 7 from the recovery discks but is stopped at 29 percent and i got this message> cycling redundancy check.
Whats that?

It sounds like your recovery disk is corrupt or possibly your hard drive. Cyclic Redundancy Check or CRC is a way to check that the data written to a device is the same as the original data.

Thank you, that link helped me a lot, but i solved in other way.
That mesage was because i changed hdd, the old one crashed. I readed about CRC, the problem is diferences betwen cluster size from old and new hdd, and to refigure that code 0010100001100101 is a lot of work: so i partitioned hdd in 3 with diferend amount of gb, and is working. Just need to try few times, all is clusters size to be almost same old one. I didnt changed cluster size but if you provide same or almost same space to reinstal then is ok. 500 gb doesnt, 50 doesnt, but a 99 gb partition is working, in a 500 gb hdd, replaced a 640 gb hdd.
