Cyrorig H5 on Asus ROG Strix Z370-F GAMING

Hello, I was wondering:
I'm building a pc, around an i7 8700k, for this I'll be using the Asus ROG Strix Z370-F GAMING as mobo and the cyrorig H5 as CPUCooler. I heard something about the h5 being too heavy (mechanical load or force) Should I get a different one or is it fine?

That cooler will work fine. Just 920g the R1 I use is 1215g

H5 is heavy? Then what about MUCH heavier coolers? H5 weights less then 1 kg, while R1 weights 1,3 kg.
You should not worry - all good coolers have backplates that support their weight without problem. Just make sure you don't throw the PC around with the cooler installed, that could indeed cause problems.
