So , my friend just got a brand new pc and when he first turned it on (it took 5 mins to show up on the monitor) it was on for maybe 3-5 mins before the monitor started saying "D-SUB NO SIGNAL" and it just wouldnt show any signal . The pc is on and the mouse and keyboard light up and everything and when he removes the VGA cable from the monitor , the message changes to "Please insert a VGA cable" so it does recongnise that there is a signal coming from the pc . Its his first pc and its killed his enthusiasm about getting his first pc . His GPU is a RX 570 and a LG 24M38H-B monitor. He is using a Display Port to VGA adapter . I have also read online that removing and re-inserting the RAM and GPU would help but I dont want to do that until I know this will likley help and theres nothing else I can do. Any kind of help would be appreciated . Thank you.
