Hi there, So i installed an enb series from the internet and installed it. At the startup, it crashed. Saying that fsx stopped working. Then i tried to remove a file that came with it called d3d9. I then removed it. Fsx started working again like normal but the enb didnt work. So please help me because i want to make fsx as realistic as possble. No i dont want sweetfx.

d3d9.dll is the dinamic link library that contains the instruction set for the enb. if you remove it the enb wont work.

as the game crashed you may have gotten the wrong enb version. go back to the site and find the 1 specifically for the game your trying to play.

The d3d9.dll is required for an enb, it wont work without it. Did your enb come with two versions? Usually they come with a wrapper version and injector version, use the wrapper version if you aren't already. I have installed plenty of ENBs but never for fsx so i'm not sure how it differs, I will try to look it up.
