Question d4 code no post

Hi gang. Just now firing up a pc that has been dorment for a couple years resulting in d4 code. This is an unusual build as it's a multi-gpu render farm. System is intel I9 7900X / Asus sage x299 mobo / samsung 860 / corsair ddr4 1666 ram 32x6. and 6 1080ti's. It worked fine before prior to moving it and sitting for a bit. I have tested ram with no fix, reset cmos with no fix, unplugged and re-plugged in all cards, mobo board and even wiggled all the pci cards to see if there was an issue with dust dirt in contacts. It will not post. Just stops on d4. Any ideas short of tearing apart the entire system which is liquid cooled. Ugh!!
