Been there, done that. Dell is the worst company in the world to deal with
over the phone. The only thing any of them know how to do with certainty is
transfer your call to somebody else. To either end up where you started or
to be disconnected. All dissatisfied customers should coordinate a call-in
at the same time and crash their phone system in protest. Even better call
their sales lines and tie them up without buying anything. Asking endless
questions and then put them on hold.
