Intel haven't released any Windows 10 drivers for it, but that doesn't necessarily mean it can't run Windows 10 as suitable drivers may be in Windows 10's own driver library or could be delivered via automatic updates from Microsoft. It's a fairly bog-standard board so worth a try.
I haven't switched to Win 10 myself because ASRock has no Win 10 drivers for the board on my custom-build, and since I'm not a gamer I'm quite happy with Win 7 for a while longer. Don't even like Win 10 if I'm honest.
