So after installing the controller drivers for my PS4 controller via DS4windows, I unplugged my controller and my computer stopped recognizing my Micca Origen+ DAC/Amp. After uninstalling all controller drivers and the amp drivers, and trying to go through the reinstall process, it refuses to come up in my device manager. Now I'm without sound on my computer until I can figure out why it's broken. So any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Solution
Double check all connections, adapters, and cables. Try other cables if necessary.

Verify that the Micca Origen+ DAC/Amp works on another system.

Right click the small speaker icon most likely located lower right screen corner.

Check "Playback devices" and "Recording devices". See what the defaults are set at.

Many configuration options are available: drill down into the windows, tabs, and properties.
