Dad wants me to build a Desktop office PC

hello, my dad wants me to build him an Office pc which he can make artwork for his company, and that he can create spreadsheets and word documents for his customers. i already have an AMD R7 265 i can throw in the build so he doesnt need a gpu. he may want to do some occasional gaming on this pc during the winter season when hes no busy so bear that in mind (games like BeamNG Drive, Project cars and F1 2015)

if you are to leave any part lists below please make sure that they are in £ as im english. his budget would be around £200/£250 (i already have gpu)

Eh, just go pick up a Dell MicroATX tower and add your video card. Might need a new power supply though.

Office class PCs are common and cheap, no need to re-invent the wheel.

I swapped the 4170 for a Pentium G3258. What is the performance difference?

A lot worse in general. The i3 is much better. I would rather have the 860k build than the Pentium.
