Daily BSOD's after GPU/CPU upgrade

Recently updated my GPU and CPU on my custom build PC. Ever since the upgrades I have encountered daily BSOD's with different system files as the culprits. When I check the event viewer i can see a critical error event id 41. I have memtested my ram for over 10 passes with no errors. I have tried finding corrupt window files/drivers, reinstalling windows, and reseating all my components. I still have no clue what the issue could be.

PC Specs:
CPU - i7 4790k
GPU - MSI GTX 1070
MOBO - MSI Z87 GD65
PSU - Rosewill Hive 750w

1. Did you uninstall GPU drivers before install new GPU?
2. Try a clean install of OS, that will get rid of many problems.
