Hi all,
Many info on how to recover data from corrupted, damaged SD cards are availables, but can I repair the card for future use or it it hopeless and I should bin it / trash it?
After format, the card is recognised and I can copy some stuff. after that, if I use the card again, it's back on RAW and I can't access anything, so I have to format it again. I tried all the possibilities exFAT / NTFS etc. it's a Samsung EVO 64GB.
Thanks for your help,
Charles

Hey Charles. This sounds pretty strange indeed. I doubt that it has something to do with the particular files system you are using. Have you tried using another memory card with the same device to determine if the device is faulty and the problematic memory card with another device to see if the same thing happens? What method do you use to format the card? I'd recommend that you do it via Disk Management and untick the "quick format" option to see if it's OK after formatting it this way.

Hope that helps.
