Question Damaged motherboard

I have GA H81M-HD3 and its front panel usb 3.0 port has been damaged. There is only one pin broken just want to ask if these things can be repairable in local level without advance equipment?

Without issue, you can replace it with needle or similar material/same with re-soldering.
But who knows who and how much will they take or who will do it for you.
