Question DAMAGED SSD HEATZ ZD256

Hi. I went to a PC shop two years ago and they gave me SSD brand HEATZ (Model: ZD 256). Unfortunately, the SSD now failed and I have lost all my data. I have sent it to a few data recovery centers, but they said due to firmware error, and they don't have the REALTEK _RL6643 controller, they can't recover the data. [The SSD controller (Realtek) not supported by our data recovery software]. The engineer said they need to get the software from the vendor and I think I'm talking to the right person at the moment. Kindly help me to solve this issue as I have a lot of important data in the SSD. I really appreciate your respond and I'm eagerly waiting for your reply.

if the experts said it's not possible to recover, there's no way for you to recover, nor someone from online forums who cant even access your drive physically to help you to recover.

it's always best to backup your data cause you never know when disaster strikes, specially with important data on a sketchy SSD.

I suggest taking it to other data recovery centers who might have those software.
