damaged video card expert advice wanted

During a lightning storm i lost a gtx 970 asus strix card. I already bought a replacement but i was wondering if i could repair this myself and use in a cad workstation im buiding. I dont know were to order the parts i need or what i need. I managed to take a pic using my jewelers microscope of the burnt part.

I do repairs similar to this and this is not going to be an easy repair if you don't normally this type of repair.

...and that's only what we can see....

There is a chance other components are damaged.
