Dancing Queen is poor on my friends P3 700

I downloaded a music video from Abba Teens-Dancing Queen
works fine on my pc
but..

On his the video and sound is very poor

He has a gforce 2 mx, sound blaster pci 128
everything is working fine but on his the video is poor

video card??
