Dangerous temps for r9 270x?

I have a r9 270x 2gb msi oc. The highest temp I've had is 50C. Lowest is about 29C-30C. Average is 35C-45C when gaming. What is a dangerous temp for my kind of gpu? What shouldn't it go over? What should be the temp when on a heavy load? ( No liquid cooling).

You have NO worries to have, your gpu should not go over 80c. If it does then you have to make a fan curve, so as I said everything is normal and you have no worries to have.

I have a GTX 970, while gaming it is about 65-68C, those temps are fine when I goes above 80C as prettyflvko said, then you should find a better case or add more fans. Just want to reinforce his point.

You have NO worries to have, your gpu should not go over 80c. If it does then you have to make a fan curve, so as I said everything is normal and you have no worries to have.
