dark colour blending problems

hello,
basically when watching videos or movies on my computer the dark colours dont blend together properly, ive tried google but i dont really know what its called so i couldnt fix it.
If ayone knows what its called or knows how to fix it that would be greately appreciated

You can't. You would have to buy a new monitor with a lower response time.
