Dark dots on LCD TN panel

Hi,
My dell tn lcd monitor is having two small dark spots, darkest at center and lighter at edges. On looking from a side, say at 170 degree angle, we can see those dark spots as bright ones and one single spot appear as two( One on the front panel and the other, maybe due to the light reflection). is this permanent hardware damage or can it be fixed, by somehow removing the panel? The warranty has expired.I hope the pixels are not dead as in this screenshot, we can see red and green clearly(Don't clearly know about blue) in the 'dark spot'. Sorry, cant upload picture of it, so I pasted the link to the pics.

Dark and light sounds like a pixel(all colors) or sub pixel(single colors) that is stuck OFF and another stuck on.

I do not think you can fix it unless it was dust that somehow got under the screen(not too likely).

I wanted to show you the image of the screen, but can't post a pic.I will figure it out soon and upload it. Thanks for your reply.

It is not quite easy to see in the images, but the only other thing it could be would be dirt.

Is the screen clean.

It looks like hardware damage to me...cant fix dead pixels 🙁

The screen appears to be clean from outside, but some such dust particles fall from the top of the screen(Inside the display) on shaking.

Nope,just plain lcd(led backlit tn panel).
