Dark Rock Pro 3 in FD Define Mini

Good day to all here in Toms Hardware community. I'm asking if anyone can clarify if Dark Rock Pro 3 fit in FD Define Mini, because I read some article that case manufacturers recommends coolers shorter that 5 mm. In that case Fractal Design Define Mini recommends 160mm maximum height of CPU cooler but the Dark Rock PRO 3 is 3 mm taller. So in short, will it fit? Answer is much appreciated.

it is slightly too big. the dark rock 3 however will just fit and it works brilliantly and the cooling difference is minuscule. the dark rock TF is also very good.

The thing is I want the Dark Rock Pro 3 because I'm going to overclock my i7-4790K in air. I think 4.0 to 4.4 or 4.5.

the pro only has a temp difference of about 2 degrees c you can also put and extra fan on the back in a push and pull configuration which makes up for the difference and it means the cooler will fit.
