A friend of mine has a Ryzen 7 5800x and he can't decide which cooler to get, he is thinking of getting the be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 BK022, 250W, or the Corsair H115i RGB Platinum AIO Liquid CPU Cooler,280mm, he can get them for $70 and $80 respectively,

So which one to get?

I would vote for air.
Verify that height and ram clearances are ok.
