Dark souls 3 rx 480 20fps

When I play Dark souls 3, I get 15-25 fps. Doesn't matter witch preset I am using, fps doesnt change at all. I also noticed that on msi afterburer, the on screen display says gpu:0%. Why is thegpu not in use???
cpu: fx 8320
gpu: rx 480 4gb
8gb ram
I haven't overclocked anything.
What is wrong with my system? Can anyone suggest the reason behind the fps loss?

sounds like you havent plugged your hdmi cable into your grpahics card😛

My monitor has a vga only port and I have an addapter from hdmi(gpu) to vga.

so your cable is plugged into the graphics card? not into the motherboard?

Yes, it is plugged into the gpu

is the graphics card new? did you unistall your old drivers? and after that did you use ddu , to unistall the remaining last drivers?

I didnt specify what is happening. When I go into the game(alt tab) the gpu goes to 100% for loke 1-2secs and then back to 0%. From time to time the gpu is 50-70%,but only for a sec and then again back to 0%

The card is 4 months old. I have the latest drivers and havent had mutch problems with fps(except ds3)

than its a game problem, install the latest amd drivers and see if it helps.

At this point I have tried several drivers(including the latest) and most of the fps"fixes" in the forums. Nothing has worked out by now

you should also update the bios, have you done that?

No I havent. I will try that later and I will let you know the result

Should I install all updates or only the newest one?

I installed the newest bios and nothing happened.(almost). When I load the low graphic preset I get 20-35fps again with gpu usage at 0% most of thi time
