yes
the pc version does not have good graphics or any graphic options though
you should be fine on default but if you use dsfix or something linke that to improve resolution you may experience lag at high resolution

Well you may, repeat, may get windows XP on a hard drive with just 8GB's but the free space on that HDD will slow you down. If you really want to get a more modern OS on that machine you will need a larger HDD and since we are talking upgrade change the 2GB's of RAM to 4GB's and now it a computer.
