Rear: 140mm exhaust
Top: 2x 140mm exhaust

It couldn't have been you, going by your post count, but there was another user who opened a thread about this exact same chassis regarding airflow and temperature woes a few days ago.
It's poorly designed, and any front intakes installed only cause the heat to circulate over and over inside the chassis, hardly going anywhere.
A negative pressure setup(above) is the best that can can be done in this chassis.
