Hello. I have doubts about what mechanical (secondary) hard drive I should choose for my computer, which is used for work (drawing art with photoshop, desktop recording, timelapse videos, Adobe Flash...) AND games (basically all kind of games... stratregy, FPS, MMORPGs, etc).

I'm between a Western Digital Blue series 1TB (7200 rpm) and a 2TB version (5400 rpm). Is that extra TB worth the lack of speed? Would it be clearly noticeable? Also, I'm concerned about power usage and temps.

I'm going to use a Samsung 850 EVO 512GB ssd as my main drive for Windows and just a few games, and then my secondary hard drive will be used for most games and to store all my data.

Thank you in advance for your help! :D

You will notice the speed difference between 7200 and 5400rpms. I recommend a WD Black 1tb as it is the fastest and has a 5 year warranty to boot. You can always add more HDs or SSDs later.
