i do all the things you mention but still i am not connecting my phone with laptop via wi fi...
so please give me step by step method to connect each other. how to give ip add to my bb8900? i want to use net on my mobile through my laptop via wifi...

You don't need to use a network bridge. Setup the AdHoc network, then setup internet connection sharing on the laptop. Then go to the wifi setup of the phone and connect to the ICS configuration on the laptop. The laptop will be acting as a router for the phone.

Hope you have Wifi in your Acer Laptop, if so you can use the software "Connectify" and create a Hotspot, from there you can not only share internet to your BB, but also with any other Wifi devices.
On the other hand, apart from the wide range of options in Blackberry, it is pretty much locked unlike Android
hence you can't make your BB identify the Datacard as a valid modem.
Moreover you can't share internet to BB by USB port, on the contrary, you can share internet from BB to laptop using Blackberry Desktop Software.
