Seagate external drive with data now not able to access via My Computer. Shows as unallocated and not initialized in Computer Management. How do I fix please?

If there isn't any files you need to recover then right click on the unallocated drive and click on 'New simple volume' and complete the procudure all the way to the end (it won't be hard) and see if it will create a drive in the computer section.
