Data error cyclic redundancy check toshiba external hard drive in windows 7

Hello,
i have a tosibha 320 gb hdd almost full, today morning it was working properly. but in the evening it shows data error (cyclic redundancy check ), i have very important files which i required urgently, i checked scendisk all went in run prog, but a massage come when i want to open hdd that widows can't access it. Please help me ASAP

Run diskcheck software from passmark website. And check if the HDD pass S.MA.R.T status. I think your HDD crossed the Reallocation sector count. Try the soft first to read S.M.A.R.T then give a reply.
