[SOLVED] data loss after force shudown

Hello guys
im using x570 aorus elite, r5 3600x , 8gb ram (not in the qvl list), 700w psu gugabyte

after shut down my system goes to cold boot so i dont get a display, so when i get no display i force shutdown and restart until i get a display, so recently

after some force shutdowns i have been experiencing data loss, ot more like the system is thinking that its a new disk, and asking me to set it as gtp or mbr

so any one can tell me why is this happening and a fix for this issue

what the gpu?
test with another psu?
is not good to force shutdown. or at least wait a min or 2 to make sure it not using the disk when you force shutdown
