Data Lost; Disk Management program crashed while checking disk.

I was using Wondershare Liveboot 2012.
It was my C Drive (350 GB off a 1TB Drive) and I tried to shrink it and it went well, then again I extended it. The partition of 350 GB was back again.

But I just selected an option called check disk; which gives you info about the partition but while it is checking the disk the partition is unable to access. This action crashed and all I could do was kill tasks in task manager.

Then it said partition was corrupt... still not accessible.
And upon reboot I see the partition now appears but all my data deleted.
It had some important files and memories.

How can I get the data back?

Use data recovery software. Try GetDataBack.

Anytime you mess with partitions, you need a good backup of whatever is on that.
Just in case.
