Data Not Showing in My Transcend Portable Hard disk

My Transcend Portable HDD is 1 TB of size. In the Properties option it shows to have used space of 382 GB. But I can only access only 67 GB of it. The other data is not even showing on it. The folders are not even hidden, they are just gone. How can I access them?

Run CHKDSK against the drive in readonly mode. I wouldn't let it repair anything until you have seen the results.
