Data Recovering from drive

I accidentally permanently deleted my files and folders from one of my drives. I tried to recover and recover few of those but in a random fashion. Data recovered was not in folder-wise as was before, rather all merged together. Its next to impossible to start separating those from scratch as there more than 1 lakh files.

What data recovery applications have you used to recover your files? As there are actually some paid applications that can recover accidentally deleted files back into its original filename and folder structure.
