Hello,

I'm currently using iCare Data Recovery Software to attempt to recover some pictures on a formatted drive. However, the drive list in the main menu (drives I can attempt to restore) isn't populating. Any ideas?

urrently windows assigns the drive a letter....maybe even two letters.

Make sure you're running the program as an administrator. I'm not very familiar with iCare but I know most all data recovery software requires admin access to be able to read the virtual drive space.
