Question data reflected in the registers ?

It means that transistors changed state to be as data requieres, or to do the intended calculations = reflected in a set of transistors
MOSFETS have 2 states, on or off, so by logical arragements (logical gates) transistors can store data or do math by switching them on or off

Thanks. O.K. So:
What is data requires meaning in your post?

Well, actually a MOSFET in itself have more of a gradient or slope between fully OFF and fully ON dependent of the Vgs voltage. When used for computing however, the intermediate states are not used (except it pose an undesirable delay caused mostly by its internal capacitance).

Yes, i am aware of that, that is how a Class AB amplifier using MOSFETs as power stage works, using this on state slope, but this is not the case, in computing is either on or off no inbetween

You wanna see some adult pictures on your monitor, everything you do, move your mouse, open the image and display the naked lady, this is the result of switching transistors on and off (the logic gates), the fact that you send the data of a picture to be displayed, the reflected states of your data on the transistors takes a bit of time, it is not instant, reflected states meaning in this case the switch on/off process so that on the monitor would be a picture displayed.
