My Data transfer speed between 1 TB Sata snd 480 GB SSD around 500 KB/s to 3.2 MB/s only.
Not sure what is wrong with 1 TB drive, health appears proper in various tools.
15 days back tried to defrag both HDD,
SSD went smooth, but after optimize/defrag of 1 TB drive, performance became very slow. (bad sectors were detected as well in this process).

Does 1 tb drive requires replacement ?

What are model names of your drives?
You call both your drives SSD, then you call them both HDD. This is confusing.

WD1001FALS is HDD (not SSD). Health looks fine.

Can you show CrystalDisk info for 480GB drive too?
Also run HDtune benchmark for your drives.
