David - problem with windows activation

Hello,
I am running mini laptop Acer aspire one with windows XP.
I get the error...
A problem is preventing windows from accurately checking the license for this computer , Error code 0x800703e7
how can I activate windows

Corrupted file system. Boot to safe mode, open a command window and enter "chkdsk c: /f /v /r" (without the quotes) then press <return> and answer the resulting prompt with a Y<return>. Reboot and let it run. This will take a while.

Repeat for each HD volume (d:, e:, f:, etc.)

After running chkdsk on all the drive, if you still have problems you may need to reregister the activation files.

Possible Resolution:

Go to Start > Run and type: regsvr32 regwizc.dll , and hit enter.
Then go again to Start > Run and type: regsvr32 licdll.dll , and hit enter again.
