DayZ and Arma 3, can I run it?

I'm thinking of buying an Asus X550ZA laptop, and I wanna know if it would be able to run these games.
Specs:
AMD A10-Series A10-7400P (2.50 GHz)
8 GB Memory 1 TB HDD
AMD Radeon R6 Series
Windows 10

Probably not very well, I have a similar CPU in my laptop and it is weak in performance and graphics.

That's going to be hell if played at 1080p. The game is very CPU intensive, so it requires a strong processor to run at a clock speed great then about 3.0 Ghz.
